Hey guys,
Fuji you are great at telling people what it takes to learn and to instruct and all that and change lives. Check out this article I wrote on how guys pick gurus and how they think they are gurus... my thoughts are very close to your philosophies. Keep it up. http://ezinearticles.com/?The-Dunning-Kruger-Effect---Gurus-and-Leadership-in-Pickup-Training&id=4706648

Chase took the words from my own head as well. He is a gifted write and provided some really valuable insight as do you. I see some of the influences in your life. This was a great one.

You are right as well in regards to the forums. There is a lot of noise there and it does get difficult to filter what is value versus garbage.

You're doing a great job in your own writings also. Keep at it, bro.

One of the best quotes from the film Gattaca.

"You want to know how I did it? This is how I did
it, Anton: I never saved anything for the swim back."

Fuji,

This is an excellent post. My favorite line is:

"Writing one crappy story after another, and knowing they were amateurish, but continuing to write anyway and trying to find ways to refine my ability to write better."

I love being aware of deficits and using it to develop skill/taste. That's basically where I am with my writing/blog at the moment, so I can relate.

The crime/genius connection is also incredible. It has been a revelation for me to think of reproduction as perhaps even more a part of evolution as survival. The ramifications of that are huge.

"I never save anything for the swim back."

Great shit.

-Nicky

Dj, would this guy be interested in speaking at the convention? I may have a spot open on Sunday. If you think he would be, please have him get in touch with me asap.

thanks

Good stuff.

The person he's writing to seems to have the problem of not knowing what he wants to do with his life.

What I need is an article on how to be successful while having too many things I want to do in life.

Hey DJ Fuji,
Found your post while googling something I've now forgotten, LOL.

You're good in my books for seeing and appreciating the insights of my old pal, Chase Amante, whose analyses of my FRs way back in 2006-07 on The Approach alumni forum were directly responsible for key parts of my progress back then. Thanks for re-posting this.

Looking forward to going through your other blog posts here!

Cheers, David.

He IS a great writer! Wow.

I totally agree with what you said about Mystery, too. That guy seems like he would be the worst Lifestyle coach in the World (possibly autistic?). But when it comes to his technique on Social skills, and Women-- an absolutely incredible man.

Chase on the other hand, seems like he has all the pieces of his Life together.

I've never heard of this guy, was he an instructor for some major dating company or something?
