Hey Mike,

You aren't calling me out. Constructive criticism is always appreciated here.

Yes, in general, telling girls you're studying pickup is a major DLV. It's better if you're an instructor, but it's still not great. That said...

WHEN YOU'RE FAMOUS, ALL THOSE RULES GO OUT THE WINDOW.

Now I'm not telling guys to do this because they want to be famous. In fact, i don't want to coach guys for this documentary because they want to be famous. I want guys to do this because they want to get good and because they want to do something about this part of their lives rather than sitting around and hoping it'll get better by itself. And if they're willing to be filmed during this process, then they'll get tens of thousands of dollars worth of free or very discounted training.

You're right that pickup *is* technically "DLV", but you can't deny the fact that any dlv you'd get from being seen as learning pickup here is MORE than compensated for by the fame of being in a movie. Take a look at "Spoon," from the original VH1 show. Or Mystery. Or basically ANYONE who's been on that show. Sure there will be a few haters, but all those guys enjoy a LOT more success with women as a result of being a near-household name. If you could do something that would make 1 out of 10 people on the street think you're lame but would also make 6 out of 10 hot girls attracted to you, would you take that trade off? If I was a student, that'd be a trade i'd take any day of the week. And that's not even considering the free training you're going to get.

Hate to call you out here but in the past you have said telling girls you are studying Pickup is a major DLV. Also, I think you said something to the effect that it is okay if you are instructor. I agree, but obviously this is not consistent with your latest blog post ??

To love is to risk not being loved in return. To hope is to risk pain. To try is to risk failure, but risk must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.....carpe diem indeed...Good points, DJFuji...

"I never want to feel that “shoulda woulda coulda” feeling again. I’d rather try and fail than never to have tried at all.".....exactly...I don't want to feel that as well...

I keep pushing myself out my comfort zone and its making a world of difference...

I know what you mean..there's been regrets in the past so that feeling sucks.

Good luck with the documentary. I tried for it but he already had his quota filled. I hope this film is a good learning experience for everyone.
